GTA V PC version is under consideration

Anyone excited for the upcoming GTA will know that currently, the game is confirmed for both Playstation 3 and Xbox. What does that mean for the PC version?

Rockstar Games have said that the PC version depends on their business model, since they are not a platform holder. Dan Houser from Rockstar Games had a few words to say about the PC version of the game in his latest IGN interview:

“Everything else is up for consideration. That’s all I can give you. The main thing is we are not…we are a third-party publisher. We’re not Nintendo, we’re not Sony, we’re not Microsoft. We love all of them in different ways. But we can do what we want wherever there’s the appropriate business opportunity and chance to find a market. If that’s on Apple we put something on Apple."

    i heard rumors floating around on the steamy world of steam that a PC version could arrive 2016. i'd doubt that it's true. but after so many years in production it will be worth the wait. (if they even do it)

    Needs more crowbar.

    Thank you. My pc is not good enough for a game like that anyway. And I don't have the money to buy a new one either at the moment.

    I've always played GTA on playstation. Mainly because I had it before I got a computer. And I also like using the controller for GTA because of the driving and movement.

    You guys spend 600-700$ or what ever the price for a PS3 was, in order to play a game that isn't even close to its full potential. Where you could have just used that 700$ and then added an extra 200$ and built your self a PC that can run this game and more.

    I hate people who say, my PC can't run it so I am going to buy an expensive console that does less than half of what a PC could for nearly the same price.

    Right now, yes a PS3 costs incredibly cheaper then the original 800$ price tag. At the end of the day, you guys think a high end PC costs a lot, when you can get a great PC that does everything you need and more for much cheaper than stated.

    A high end pc do cost alot in Norway. And my PS3 does everything I need with no problems. I've played on playstation since I was 4-5 years old and I didn't have pc or internet until I was 12 (laptop). I didn't have the knowledge to build one or the space in my room to have a desktop.

    So it's pretty natural for me to still play on the Playstation. It's not about what's better than the other. And Ippe mentioned the graphics.
